Tekla Structures China Environment

Tekla Structures China Environment is a regional configuration package for the Tekla Structures BIM platform that tailors the software to Chinese industry practices. It provides localized settings, libraries, and templates so designers, detailers, and fabricators can model, detail, document, and report in line with common workflows and expectations in China.

Key highlights:

• Localized content: libraries of steel profiles, rebar grades and shapes, bolts, materials, and surface treatments commonly used in China.
• Drawings and documentation: Chinese title blocks, symbols, dimensioning and annotation styles, and report/schedule templates formatted for local project deliverables.
• Standards alignment: default settings, naming conventions, and practices aligned with widely used Chinese codes and workflows.
• Components and tools: country-specific components, connections, and reinforcement tools tuned for local fabrication and construction methods.
• Project settings: appropriate units, fonts, date formats, numbering rules, and object properties for Chinese projects.
• Language support: Chinese-language templates and documentation assets to streamline communication with local stakeholders.
• Interoperability: export and property-set configurations to support common exchange requirements (e.g., IFC and fabrication formats).
